A day for quiet reflection.

I like this post. It takes me back to the old days of blogging when we used to say things like this and quote from Cage. I was looking through my blog of 2009 just a few days ago for a particular reason of needing evidence of what I wrote then and came across Cage and his art of noise. I had left a blank page. Thanks for another reminder. Life is full of coincidences at the moment.

Sometimes, silence is golden.

I like that. Some days, nothing co.es to mind. We go about our lives, simple ordinary things occupy us, and it is good. I like that quot

Sometimes sitting in silence is about the nicest thing we can do for ourselves. Enjoy the peace.

I watched a bit of Glasto yesterday; I wish I hadn't.

A quiet Sunday at the village here; 32 C is too hot for doing much, but we had a beautiful sunset walk after 9:00 pm.

"Lovely Nothing Day" was one of my beloved aunt's expressions. I hope you get some cool for the evening.

Barbara Anne - that quote is beautiful.

Thanks for nice replies - evidence that you are all still there too.
My brain seems more 'in gear' today.
