A bit under the weather.
There has been a gap of a few days in my blogging because I was airlifted to hospital on Sunday afternoon with some kind of seizure. After various tests I was discharged last evening (in a snowstorm) and am back home but very shaky - so for the time being I shall not be blogging. I hope to be back before long - depends upon how I am feeling.

Pat, shocking news but please get well soon. I do hope the doctors discover the cause. Could it be related to any medication you are on? I almost died from prescribed heart medication.
Do hope all works out well and in the mean time take all the rest you need and enjoy reading a few books.

Well at least they let you out of hospital so that implies you're on the mend.

I'm so sorry! I dreamed about you last night (I know, very odd, but I'm not really stalking you) - it was a happy dream so maybe you will be on the mend soon.
Dear Pat - I was right to be worried about you - your posts are so regular and you 'disappeared' quite suddenly. I do hope you will soon be feeling stronger and am so glad you are safely back home again. Keep warm and have a good rest.
The airlift bit sounds like a good potential poem. Take care, take it easy and looking forward to you being back.

I thought you must have gone away for a few days, which of course you had, but not quite the sort of trip one wants! Have a good rest, keep warm, let the farmer pander to your every whim and get well soon!
a little eejit told me you were ill. this is scary, I have family members who've battled seizures. You have my prayers, rest and order people to come in and take care of you, that's how we show we love you!

Wishing you a speedy recovery and answers about what went wrong. Chiming in late on "rooks"! There was a fascinating program on crows not too long ago on public television. They really are quite amazing birds.
