These are gorgeous! My favorite is the blue and gold necklace - awesome!
I always think writing is like beading: threading words into patterns, rhythms and twisting them into shape.Saw your post on cadwc blog. Let me know if you plan a joint event and I'll do my best to get there. One thing about surnames is that they're memorable... I haven't actually met Dr Cole but know the name - very well thought of around here.
What beautiful colours!I made a beaded curtain for a doorway using old necklaces... it took me hours, days, & weeks but my son kept shutting it in the door and when the string broke the beads all fell off the threads. I didn't have the heart to spent the time rethreading thembest wishes,Annie
They're really beautiful, Weaver.
Thanks, Janice. Bead colours are so translucent and beautiful that they are quite irresistable.
Interesting Mistlethrush - hadn't thought of words like that before - a nice image.
Annie - what a beautiful idea, threading beads to make a curtain. I am sure I have enough to do just that. Can understand why you couldn't face re-threading though.
