,My friend, Glennis, sent me this lovely photograph of Tess today:
It is always difficult to get Tess in a position which makes a photograph easy to take, but Glennis has managed it here - so hope you enjoy. And thank-you Glennis (thanks from Tess too.)
Super. Like a child sticking it's tongue out.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cracker Pat, you must be well chuffed.
ReplyDeleteWell done, and a lovely little terrier.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely photo and the grass is so green.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I am always telling Tess.
ReplyDeleteSo great Pat!!! You HAVE to have a great picture of your baby! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteA lovely photo to treasure.
ReplyDeleteOh, Pat, that is a very lovely terrier, you've got there!! What a nice pcture. Ours, named Alma, loved to pose and we have several fantastic pictures of her. I understand if you frame this one, it certainly cheers anyone up, with the grass and her smile...!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture! I can almost hear a raspberry being blown!
ReplyDeleteGill
She looks very cute.
ReplyDeleteLike trying to get a decent shot of the much missed cat. Absolutely impossible!
ReplyDeleteShe looks like the perfect dog.
ReplyDeleteSweet photo of Tess. How were her grass allergies this past summer?
ReplyDeleteWho could not see that photo and begin to smile...or even giggle or laugh. It's a super portrait. Tess sur l'herbe. With as wonderful a personality as a super dog should keep handy. xo
ReplyDeleteI miss my Border Terrier Samantha so much. Besides Scotties they are great smart little dogs with terrific personalities .
ReplyDeleteThat is just a great photo of her.
cheers, parsnip
Dogs can get away with sticking out their tongue and still look adorable.
ReplyDeleteTess is so cute. Such a happy picture.
ReplyDeleteLovely Tess photo. One for the mantlepiece!
ReplyDeleteAlphie
She looks a right little character! And what luscious grass you have.
ReplyDeleteSweet picture! I know what you mean - animals rarely do what we want them to do for a good picture :-)
ReplyDeleteMy mother-in-law has two cats. Whenever I am at her place and try to take a picture of both of them looking at the camera, it is impossible. I think they deliberately agree on at least one of them always looking the opposite way!
Gorgeous photo, beautiful cheeky little dog!
ReplyDeleteThat surely is one to frame. My late father and our former dog - a cocker spaniel - were always looking good in any photograph that was taken. In the days of 24 snaps and off to Boots, group photos were always 'not quite' with one member of the group, but Dad and Welly were perfect.
ReplyDeleteDear little Tess - what a beautiful portrait. Your friend did well to capture the moment so perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Cro about the grass, it's a while since I've seen grass as lush and green as that.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pup! He's sticking his tongue out at her :)
ReplyDeleteAhh, what a little sweetie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo!
ReplyDelete...and the grass is amazing!
Thanks everyone. I passed on your compliments to Tess but not sure she understood!!
ReplyDeleteWilma - her grass allergies are just as bad but at last the vet has a new treatment which keeps it at bay.
