Meeting a fellow blogger

Today, morning aj and her partner K, have been to lunch.   We have blogged with one another for the last three years and have met once before when they came up North on holiday.   Today, as it was possible for them to return from their holiday via the Yorkshire Dales they called in and we had a pleasant two hour chat over a leisurely lunch.  It is good to meet fellow bloggers 'in the flesh' and we had a lovely time.

Here is a photograph of the two of us together, courtesy of the farmer.

What a treat for both of you. That's a lovely photo and I do like the pictures of hares behind you - they are one of my favourite animals.

That's one of my favourite things to do - to meet someone with whom I've been corresponding for years. It's like meeting an old friend.

O well done and lucky you, for I have yet to meet a fellow blogger.

I met up with Bovey Belle a couple of weeks ago and I didn't think to get a photo. It was really lovely too.

And can I say what a really good lunch we were treated to! It was wonderful to meet up again and I hope it won't be too long before we can arrange another get-together.

It's lovely to meet up with fellow bloggers and when you have been chatting on line for several years, you just know you will get on in the flesh.

As Em said, WE forgot the photo opportunity!!
