I do agree with you about preferring that Christmas not be turned into a commercial focus mid-November.<br /><br />I loved reading about your trifle recipe and the various comments that suggested variations. Way back when, down in Virginia, my Mom and I created our own multi-layered variation and my Dad and brothers seemed to find it delish.<br /><br />Your photographs of late November Yorkshire landscape views are beautiful. Thank your for these. Yes, those trees are splendid.<br /><br />Best wishes to the expentant cows. Your mention of the watching hens has made me smile. Would watching those cows encourage egg laying by those hens.
