I used to have one in my back garden was storing it for friends, who sadly came back for it.<br />Incidentally Cro is not correct in his assumption, for The Barrel Tops were introduced into Ireland by British Gypsies circa 1915.A Heron's Viewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06563706152609630696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-280582018791422638.post-33806239173013925612014-05-31T18:33:14.588-07:002014-05-31T18:33:14.588-07:00It looks like a gypsy caravan!

Yes, they would be for sale - it is a fair for trading horses. I too worry about the welfare of the animals and about their ability to pull the carts such a long way but they are mostly heavy horses and they are tied up in good grass at night. The Weaver of Grasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13947971556343746883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-280582018791422638.post-86298426702575102082014-05-30T15:12:26.855-07:002014-05-30T15:12:26.855-07:00Having been to Appleby Horse Fair, I have mixed fe...Having been to Appleby Horse Fair, I have mixed feelings.
