Welcome to life on a farm in the Yorkshire Dales.
Our village church
Thankyou Rosemary and thankyou Pat for sharing this delightful sight with us. It is so beautiful and really lifts one's spirits. It must be giving pleasure to so many people.
Beautiful! The bees and other insects must love this garden.
I planted something similar but the nettles took overquite lovely those cornflowersx
I love the wildflowers that grow in any gravelly bit of road shoulder or rocky hillside, but never in my garden!
Thanks indeed to both of you. Such sights are always welcome. My dad would have said "They do the old eyes good!"
Beautiful wild flowers. I do love cornflowers. Thank you!
Isn't that lovely? There have been a couple of photos in the Daily Mail recently showing acres of wild flowers and they look STUNNING. Think how our countryside must have look in Shakespeare's time - so much has been lost.
